Now believe this is Yoga Mat Strap
Previous consensus is this is a dog harness.
Strap in the middle attaches to two more straps with heavy velcro to fasten together around mat
The strap in the middle is: 12 1/2"
The two straps each measure out to 21 1/2"
Color is: very dark navy blue

Measurements are taken flat and as carefully as possible, however they should always be considered approximate.
